Terms of service

We have no obligation to pre-screen Postings and are not responsible for their content. We reserve the right to remove Postings for any reason. We will remove any Prohibited Material as soon as practicable after it is detected and identified, we are not, however, responsible for any failure or delay in removing other Postings. 

5. Third-Party Services 

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. 

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Site (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. 

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 

7. We Make No Warranties 

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information presented on the Site, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services, will be effective, reliable, accurate or meet your requirements. We do not guarantee that you will be able to access or use the services (either directly or through third-party networks) at times or locations of your choosing. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Catalyser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site. 

9. Changes to the Terms and Prices 

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. 

10. Entire Agreement 

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 

These Terms of Service, along with any additional policies or operational guidelines published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us regarding your use of the Services. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements – whether oral or written – between you and us, including any previous versions of the Terms of Service. 

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be constructed against the drafting party. 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
