Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receiving your orders.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
