Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you and your furry friend to love Zesty Paws®! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 

 

Eligibility for Returns 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receiving your orders. 

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition 

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required 

 

How to Initiate a Return 

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at [support@zestypaws.com] with your order number and reason for return 

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Opened or used products 

  • Sale or clearance items 

  • Gift cards 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
